HOW TO USE

Always detangle hair while it's wet or at least damp. Begin by coating your hair with a mixture of water, vitamin e oil, and leave-in conditioner to give it some slip and to soften it up before brushing through.

Separate your hair into sections, no bigger than your fist. Start near the ends, holding tension between your fingers on the section of hair, and brush out tangles. Holding tension will prevent pulling hair from the scalp.

Once the ends are detangled, move further up towards the hair root, each time working the tangles all the way to the ends. Never start detangling from the root. Always start at the bottom of the hair strand and work your way back to decrease breakage and pain. Increase tension of the arms by adding the control bar to the back of the brush.

PRO TIPS

For a smoother detangling process, incorporate finger-combing into your regular wash day routine. Use your fingers to gently work through any tangles in your hair while washing and conditioning.
